Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Check-in before 3:00 p.m. is not guaranteed. Should you require a check-in before 3:00 p.m. please call the motel the morning of your scheduled check-in for room availability. Check-in prior to 3:00 p.m. on Husker Football weekends is not allowed.
Check-out after 11:00 a.m. will not be granted without prior approval and is not guaranteed.
All special requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.
Horizon Inn Motel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
Payment Policy
Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. To prevent credit card fraud we cannot accept credit card payments without the card present and the credit card must be in the name of the person checking in. We cannot accept a credit card with your spouse’s name on it, or anyone else’s unless they are present to show identification and sign the receipt WE NEED a Credit card Authorization Form to be filled out, which is available when you call on the property. Whoever pays with cash, will need to place an incidental cash deposit.

Taxes:
Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. Changes to your reservation may change your room rate.
Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel your reservation by 3 p.m. (Central Time) the day prior to the scheduled check-in. If a reservation is canceled or modified up to 3:00 PM the day prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of a no-show, 100% of the night will be charged to the credit card on file, and any remaining nights canceled, if applicable.
In order to have a valid cancellation, you must possess a cancellation confirmation email or verbally receive and possess a cancellation number. If you do not receive a cancellation number you do not have a valid cancellation. Cancellations for University of Nebraska football games require a 48-hour notice or the first night will be charged to the credit card on file. Example: If you have a Saturday night reservation you must call by 3 p.m. on Thursday or you will be charged first night’s stay.
If you have 3 or more than 3 rooms then it is called AS group reservation and to cancel that group reservation you need to call us at least 10 days prior to the check-in date.
No-show Policy:
No-Shows will pay 100% of the first night’s stay and the remainder of your stay, if applicable, will be canceled.
Pet Policy:
We are 100% pet-free. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the motel. Guests found with a pet in the motel will obligate to pay a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy:
We are 100% Non-Smoking. If you smoke in any room it will obligate you to pay a $150 cleaning fee.
Damage Policy:
All guests will be held 100% responsible for all damages done to the property.
