Clean, comfortable, quiet! What more do you need? - This motel is the half-way point between Colorado and Denver for us, and right off the highway...within my (frugal) budget. Older reviews gave me pause, but noticing the newer ones,... read more I booked for our trip out, and back. I'm sitting in the breakfast room, writing my very first ever review for a hotel. Despite being near an airport, we didn't hear a thing. Thinking about it, a smaller airport, it likely didn't have many if any middle of the night flights. We also had a room on the South (front) side away from the airport. Also, the AC unit set on fan in our room was great white noise. The room was very clean, bed comfortable (although on the harder side for those who like soft) and the manager I met in the morning, Neil, was a really friendly guy, who was really accommodating when I wanted to hang out on my laptop a little later in the breakfast room to let my husband sleep. The manager on duty last night even suggested we might want a room on the side where our car was parked with a motorcycle trailer under bright lights (in front, not the airport side). Very thoughtful! I'm looking forward to our return trip on the way back.

We mixed up our... read more reservation, and the front office staff fixed it, gave us the same rate and told us how to get our refund on Expedia in minutes. When we realized that we forgot our toothbrushes, they had some at the front desk for us. We plan to return here whenever we are in Lincoln.

Terrible experience - I booked this hotel through booking.com based on the reviews (which after my now 1st hand-in person experience I have no idea how there are any positive reviews on this... read more place) The price listed when I booked was $62 per night for a queen room which STATES clear as day on booking.com that it has TWO queen beds. I get there to check in and we were met with a less than pleasant front desk associate who tells me that I only booked a room with ONE queen bed, as I'm standing there with my THREE sons who are almost all as tall as me. I showed him what booking.com says and that I have 1 adult and 3 kids marked on there at all times and that it comes up showing a queen room with TWO beds which is what I booked yet both he AND the general manager (Neil) refused to honor the rate I booked at on booking.com and told me that I would have to pay $13.00 more after taxes for the room in order to get the 2 queen bed room I booked. They told me they didn't care what booking.com showed on my phone despite that being where I booked the room to begin with. I'm a single mom on a very tight budget and I have NEVER in my life experienced such terrible customer service over $13.00 and this is AFTER I told the male desk clerk that I was a single mom on a tight budget and we had just driven 9 hours and I had 3 exhausted kids. According to the front desk agent and the manager it was booking.com's fault yet I had zero issues with any of my 3 other hotels on our trip that I booked on booking.com, in fact I had wonderful experiences with the staff at every single stay I booked UNTIL this one so the problem is NOT booking.com. I would NEVER have booked this hotel if I knew the lack of customer service I would experience. On top of that this hotel is in a terrible area and the beds are the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on in a hotel, definitely not worth paying the $84 dollars and change they charged me after tax (my original booked total was $72 after taxes) but being from out of state and having just drove 9 hours, my kids would not have made it another hour or two for me to find another hotel option. No matter what you do, do NOT book or stay at this hotel.
